Players In-season Development Express Hockey works routinely with associations in the areas of skill development during the hockey season. Services include but are not limited to Power Skating, Puck Control, Shooting, Checking, Bodychecking, Goaltending, Team Tactics, Hockey Specific Conditioning, Defenseman’s and Forwards clinics. Our strengths in these areas include a thorough understanding of the mechanics and teaching points associated to skill instruction. Strong interpersonal skills allows Express Hockey to effectively relate to and communicate with players of any age. Finally our ability to demonstrate the skills and work alongside of the players creates an on ice environment that brings out the very best in the players. The results will speak for themselves. Sessions vary in type, age and duration, some use our services weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.
